"Here Again" is a song performed past American contemporary worship ring Elevation Worship released as the second single from their eleventh live album, Hallelujah Here Beneath (2018), on August 17, 2018.[ane] The vocal was written by Amy Corbett, Chris Brown and Steven Furtick.[two] Chris Dark-brown and Aaron Robertson handled the production of the single.

"Here Again" was released by Acme Worship every bit the second single from the album Hallelujah Hither Below in anticipation of its release, which was slated for September 28, 2018.[3] The song was recorded in March 2018 at Elevation Ballantyne in Charlotte, Northward Carolina.[4]
On February 1, 2019, a Spanish rendition of the song, titled "Encuéntrame Otra Vez (Here Again)" was released by Elevation Worship.[v] On Apr 12, 2019, a revamped version of "Here Again" was released on Pinnacle Worship'southward album Paradoxology (2019), a drove of revamped songs initially released on Hallelujah Here Beneath.[6]
Writing and evolution [edit]
Chris Chocolate-brown had an interview with Kevin Davis, lead contributor at NewReleaseToday about the song and the inspiration behind it.[vii] Davis asked about the personal story behind the song, to which Brown responded, proverb:
This is 1 of the nearly personal songs we've written. It's always going to be one of those songs where I'll never forget the fourth dimension, and the identify the song was finished. It was written under difficult circumstances for me personally. I've seen loved ones laissez passer away where they are defenseless in the middle betwixt globe and heaven. And, I had gone through a flavor of life caught in the eye of family rhythms and ministry. "Here Once again" started with the concept of being "here in the center" and meeting God in that place. Later, when we came back to the song, we were in another season of reflection and not knowing what was alee. Things didn't look like they used to. In that moment, information technology was a lightbulb moment for us to plow to Genesis 28 and Jacob'south dream. He had been a cheat and a liar, and he was not a great guy. He had gone through a journey and then had this revelation where he sees the ladder going up to heaven and says the Lord has been in this place.
